Jon Millner teaches a vineyard and wine making class once a month. This is held on the first
Thursday of each month starting at 7:00 and ending at 9:00 unless otherwise scheduled. The purpose of
this class is to educate people about how to grow grapes in Minnesota and make wine as well. You will
follow the process in our commercial vineyard for one full season, thus, you will see pruning,
planting, trellis installation, canopy management, harvest, fermentation, clarification and
bottling among other things.

If you register through Dassel Communitty Education, it will cost an average of $10/class.
All others are charged $15/class if not pre-registered.
Class members are often invited to participate in outside of class activities as well,
most notably, wine tasting of new wines.
