Indoor Event Booking, Catered Food.
Minimum of 25 and a maximum of 100 people, basic event duration is 3 hours with a 6 hour maximum possible. There are two basic requirements for booking an indoor event.
A. A buffet style meal booking per guest from our provided menu. One meal choice type needs to be ordered for the entire event. Children age 3 and under eat free.
B. A Wine minimum at 4 persons per Bottle. This equals 1 1/4 five ounce glasses per person of legal drinking age. Any partial bottle count rounds up to include a full bottle. Two complementary wine tastings are included at the time of the selection process.

2. Braised Beef served with Pan Sauce
Served with: Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes. Gravy, Green Beans, Coleslaw, Dinner Rolls.
3. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Served with: Three Cheese Alfredo Sauce, Herbed Rice, Green Bean Almondine, Pasta Salad, Garden Salad, Dinner Rolls.
4. Smoked Pork Chops
Served with: Braised Apple Slaw, Roasted Potatoes, Pasta Salad, Vegetable, Dinner Roll.C. $17.50/ plate

Fees include:
1. The meal cost based upon the reservation count. Price per meal times the number of guests. If additional guests above the reservation count eat at the buffet, additional meal costs will occur.
2. The minimum wine purchase plus any additional wine and other beverages purchased the day of the event.
3. All prices above where applicable, Minnesota sales tax will be added to the quoted price. General retail is at 6.875% and alcohol sales are at 9.375%.
4. A 15% gratuity charge will be added to all food and alcohol expenditures.
