The following items are included with all rentals

            All facility rentals for weddings and similar type events are to include 3 categories.

a.   Rental fee.

b.   A meal from our menu or another meal we are very happy to design working with you and our caterer.

c.   Beverage sales during the event.

a.   Rental Fees

 1.   The outdoor pavilion with a maximum of 250 people has the following usage fees.

2.   The indoor air conditioned space with a maximum of 100 people.

            The above rentals include table & chairs setup, linens, head tables, cake table, gift table, with general seating at 8 people per table. Each tier has a maximum number of guests for said rental fee.  To assist, when the guest count is only slightly above the selected tier each additional guest is an added $5 until it is cheaper to raise to the next tier. 

                 An event cannot start any earlier than our winery opening time.  To extend past our normal store closing time there is a fee of $75 per hour.  The start and ending times need to be determined at the booking time, cannot be change at the day of the event, and closing can be no later than midnight. During regular winery hours, general public traffic will be present in the store and do use the same rest rooms.

 

b.   The cost of the buffet meal served on china is determined by the number of guests times the price per meal with children 3 and younger as free.

 

c.   Beverage sales during the event can be set up with a bar minimum or no minimum, either way no additional charge for bartenders.  The choices are as follows.

 

1.   With no commitment of a bar minimum the price including sales tax is $4.50 per glass as a 5 ounce wine pour.

 

2.   With a guaranteed minimum the following are dollar amounts based on group size and the price per glass of wine then goes to $4.25 including sales tax.

      With the guaranteed bar minimum the price per glass wine continues at the reduced price after the minimum is met. Anytime when the event hosts are no longer furnishing beverages for their guests, the bar becomes a cash bar pricing at $4.50 per glass wine.  Also soft drinks are available, at our regular store pricing, and included in the total to meet the guaranteed minimum.

d.   Additional Conditions:

1.   Decorating the facility for your event must be scheduled in advance.  Renter agrees to be responsible for any damage done to facility by renter, guests, including all affiliated with renter.  No nails, staples, or other forms of attachment likely to cause damage to facility are allowed.  If in doubt, consult Millner Heritage.  No use of glitter, confetti, or similar materials allowed.

 

2.   Damage to the facility and the contents, including tables and chairs, are the responsibility of the renter.  The owner, Millner Heritage, shall determine if damage has been done and reasonable cost to repair said damage.  Cost of damage repair will be taken from the renters’ cleaning and damage deposit. 

 

3.   Use of the Winery including the vineyards for Wedding Pictures must be scheduled in advance.

                                                                                                                                   

4.   No other Alcohol or any other beverage to be brought on Millner Heritage Vineyard & Winery Property. If it occurs, it will be taken away and hopefully no further action has to be taken.  Please inform your guests of this policy

 

5.   Set-up available starting at 11am of the event day or scheduled in advance.

 

6.   If cleanup after the event is in the judgment of Millner Heritage excessive and negligent, Millner Heritage may retain all or a portion of the cleaning and damage deposit.

 

7.   Music such as a band or DJ, including a dance are allowed in the outdoor events center.  Booking and managing this is the sole responsibility of the renter and the volume level of the music must not interfere with the general operations of the store.

 

8.   We are happy to have your Wedding Ceremony at Millner Heritage.  Fees may apply and arrangements need to be made in advance.

 

9.   The gratuity is 15% on all food and beverage expenses.

                                Served with: Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes. Gravy, Green Beans, Coleslaw, and Dinner Rolls.

 

                3.  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

                Served with:  Three Cheese Alfredo Sauce, Herbed Rice, Green Bean     Almondine, Pasta Salad, Garden Salad, and Dinner Rolls.

               

                4.  Smoked Pork Chops
