Salier - Salier is the name of the ship in which Anastasia Müllner and family made their voyage from Europe to the New World on, thus starting the Millner family tree in America. This wine is 75% Frontenac Gris and 25% Seyval Blanc. It was fermented cold to retain its fruitiness. Apricots are the dominant flavor with hints of pear, melon, grapefruit and berry in the background keeping you enticed. This wine is finished semi-sweet. Just like the ship, this wine will surely take you on an adventurous journey. We recommend serving this cold with chicken and pasta dishes. (1.7% RS) Serve chilled. Drink within 1-3 years. $12.95

Freizeit 2008 - Freizeit, meaning “free time in German” is a complex dry white. This 2008 vintage was a light bodied dry white. The grapes in this wine are Seyval Blanc, St. Pepin, LaCrosse, Kay Gray, and Brianna. Each contributes to the complexity of this wine. Have with chicken or turkey dishes. Think of not overly seasoned holiday foods. It is starting to really hit its stride now. Serve chilled. Do not age further. $13.95

Freizeit 2009 - This year’s Freizeit is a varietal Prairie Star. Prairie Star is a very full bodied grape that often does not present an overabundance of fruit, but is often more neutral. To bring complexity to the table, it was put through malo-lactic fermentation, and barrel aged for three months, much as you would a chardonnay style wine. Clearly, this is the fullest bodied white that we offer. Serve chilled. Drink within 1-3 years. $13.95

Drága - Drága translating roughly to precious in Hungarian is our fullest bodied dry red. This is made with 85% Marquette and 15% Marechal Foch. Matured in both French and American oak for seven months, this is a very complex red with nice big round tannins. It should age quite well. Do not chill. Drink within 2-5 years. $14.95
(2008 Drága took a Silver medal at the International Cold Climate wine competition)

Neuhaus - Neuhaus is the name of the town that our ancestors Franz and Ana came from in Austria. Made primarily with Marechal Foch and a little Frontenac, this is a light bodied dry red matured in American oak. It is a decent wine to have with beef, but shines even better with pork, especially Schnitzel! Do not chill. Drink 1-3 years. $12.95 (2008 Neuhaus took a Bronze medal at the 2008 International Cold Climate wine competition)

Róna - Róna is a poetic term for the Great Hungarian Plain of eastern Hungary where Anna grew up. This is a dry varietal Frontenac wine. Black berry tones are most present along with rhubarb and hints of cherry. This wine is fairly tart so it is recommended to be paired with foods such as Cajun, Mexican, or Indian Curry. Something that’s got Zing! This wine would not be hurt at all from a bit of breathing. Do not chill. Drink within 1-4 years. $13.95

Mein Onkel - This wine is dedicated to the memory of Dick Millner our uncle/brother who passed away February 2010. Full of life and laughter, his presence at the winery and constant jokes and quick wit will be missed. This wine is a light bodied off dry red made with 60% Frontenac, 30% Sabrevois and 10% Marechal Foch. Do not chill. Drink within 1-4 years. $12.95

Nordsüss - Translating to “Northern Sweet” in German, this wine is our sweetest red. It is made with Valiant, King of the North, and Bluebell. All three of these are Labrusca grapes so do not expect oak or tannin out of this wine, but instead foxy fruit forward tones. This is the quintessential “American grape juice” kind of taste that will probably remind you of the juice you had growing up. Serve chilled. Drink within 1-2 years. $10.95

Naplemente - Meaning “Sunset” in Hungarian, this seems to be a fitting name for our rose’. This is a varietal Frontenac Gris wine left on the skins for two days to extract just a little bit of astringency and color from the grapes. Apricots, figs and hints of vanilla seem to be the most predominant flavors. This is a sweet fruit forward rose’ with crisp acidity and full body. We recommend having this wine with enjoyable company while watching a sunset. (4.0% RS) Serve chilled. Drink within 1-3 years. $11.95

Müllner Weiss - Translating to “Millner White”, Müllner used to be the family name in Austria until they came to America and had it changed. This is a very fruit forward version of a light bodied Seyval Blanc. Apricots, melons, and apples tend to show most here. Have this wine while relaxing by the lake. (4.75% RS) Serve chilled. Drink Now. $14.95

Little Iza - This wine is named after Jon and Anna Millner’s daughter, Izabella. It is made with 85% LaCrescent and 15% Kay Gray. This wine is sweet just like Iza and should be enjoyed young. It often pairs well with fruit based pastries for dessert. Apple, pineapple, citrus and spice really come out with this wine. (5.0% RS) Serve chilled. Drink Now. $14.95

Papo - This wine is named after Papo (grandpa) Don Millner. This is a ruby port style wine made with 55% Frontenac and 45% Marquette. Full bodied and sweet with 20% alcohol, this wine should mature quite gracefully, just as Papo Millner has. Serve chilled and pair with dark chocolate. Drink within 2-5 years. $24.95
