Thank you for considering us for your Wedding, Christmas, Birthday, Anniversary party, or other special events! We have two main event areas, our pavilion which can easily seat 250 people, and our seasonal indoor dining area which can seat 100 people.

Rental Space:

Each rental tier has a maximum number of guests for said rental fee. Fees do not include a 6.875% use tax.
To assist, when the guest count is only slightly above the selected tier, each additional guest is an added $25 with a maximum of 10 guests. Please note that during regular winery hours, general public traffic will be present in the store and do use the same restrooms.

Your rent includes:
• Head tables and general seating that sit 8 per table, chairs, linens, one cake table, one small guest book table, and one gift table.
• Use of the facility from 11 am - 12 am. By 12 am event hosts have completed the removal of decorations, gifts, etc., and have vacated the facilities.

Meal & Beverage:

The cost of the meal served on china is determined by the number of guests multiplied by the price per meal with children 3 and younger as free. We are open to working with you and our caterer to design a meal that better fits your needs.

Beverages served by our complimentary bartenders during your celebration include:
Wine, Bottled Beer, Soda, and a variety of Mixed Drinks, priced out at our standard store price. When the event hosts are no longer furnishing beverages for their guests, the bar becomes a cash bar.

No other ALCOHOL or any other beverage can be brought on Millner Heritage Vineyard & Winery property. If it occurs, it will be taken away and hopefully, no further action has to be taken. Please inform your guests of this policy.
